- US Citizen's explaination of meeting/relationship (brief description of how you and your fiance/e met and how your relationship developed. Date and sign the letter on the bottom page.

- Divorce decree, annulment or death certificates (if any)
- 2 passport style color photos
- Provide copies of evidence that you and your fiancé(e) have personally met. (Pictures, photocopy of Receipts, photocopy of Boarding pass. For photos m you should include information at the back of the photo (month, year, city, country) and what are you doing in the photo. Personal correspondence (email, receipts, mails, chat logs).Telephone bills/communication documents. Engagement ring receipts, congratulatory cards. Print copies of dating website.

4. Give USCIS a passport-style color photograph
You must file the Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Form I-129F, with the Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office that serves the area where you live.
